Crossthwaite House Facilities
Crossthwaite has three bedrooms, one with a double bed, another full size twin bedded room and the third with full size bunk beds. The rooms share a bathroom equipped with shower and full size bath.
Downstairs is a charming farmhouse kitchen with original stone flagged floor and window seat. The farmhouse kitchen table seats 6 easily. The modern electric range cooker has a five pan hob and both fan and traditional ovens. Other appliances include a fridge freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and microwave oven. There is full central heating and spring water which is UV filtered. A cloak and boot room is provided.
The snug is arranged with comfortable seating, open fire and television with Freesat.
All windows have the original deep window sills
The property also has a garden room, with double French doors with wonderful views up the fell.
An extra child bed / cot is available in main room.
