Crossthwaite House Facilities
Crossthwaite has three comfortable, good sized bedrooms, one with a double bed, another twin bedded room and the third with full size bunk beds. The rooms share a family bathroom equipped with shower and full size bath. An additional fold down bed and childs cot are available on request.
Downstairs is a charming farmhouse kitchen with original stone flagged floor and window seat. The farmhouse kitchen table seats 6 easily. There is a modern electric range cooker with a five pan hob and both fan and traditional ovens. Other appliances include a fridge freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and microwave oven. There is full central heating and spring water which is UV filtered. A cloak and boot room is provided.
The quaint snug is arranged with comfortable seating, open fire and television with Freesat. A bucket of coal is provided.
The second living room also has comfortable seating, a piano, and double French doors leading on to the garden with wonderful views up the fell. There are lots of books and games to keep the whole family entertained.
